Combined with a personal computer, the MICR
Qualifier GT offers a simple method to gather and
analyze data on signal strength, character spacing,
dimension, waveform shape and peak disparity.
Gathered data can be stored to a computer for later
use, or printed in report format. This information
can then be used for tracking or document quality
comparison.
The MICR Qualifier GT is an in-depth MICR
analysis tool for your quality control staff, press
operators, production managers and quality
assurance officers.
MICR Qualifier GT User-Selectable Screens:
- MICR Line Summary: Snapshot quickly
identifies problem areas.
- Signal Level Histogram: Graphically
displays the signal level of each character on
the MICR line.
- Spacing Analysis: Analyses proper
spacing between MICR characters.
- Format Analysis: Identifies layout
and character format problems.
- Tabular Signal Level Summary:
Displays actual and percent of nominal.
- Waveform Analysis: Provides character
dimension information with the option of a
template overlay.
